Since I changed operators, I cannot receive the confirmation code that should be sent to my phone when I log in to my Etsy account. What should I do in this case?

@KenshinSTL use one of the backup codes you received when signing up for 2FA.
when you set up 2FA, etsy gave you 10 backup codes to use in this situation
you should have saved them somewhere safe, use one of those
