Hi, on 16th of February i changed my legal name on etsy shop because of a marriage and also wanted to add a payment card with the same name on it. I added my marriage documents and a new id. Got an email that normally it takes 48 hours for etsy to confirm information but now it’s been 10 days and nothing changes. I see a yellow banner saying that i have only 51 day left to verify my identity. My funds are frozen, although my shop is fully running, i have sales daily, the amount of funds grows and etsy support is feeding me phrases ‘you have to wait, your case is being reviewed, etc.’ I am really worried because i saw sooo many people facing same issue and finally etsy does nothing to fix this verification problem. Anyone solved the same issue?
