1. Hi 

I am a new etsy seller. I have 34 listing in my shop. When i opened my shop i used my father legal information and his paypal but now i wanted to use my legal information. His identity is verified by etsy. When i put my information on etsy information is changed but there is no option for change id. How can i do that please help me

it is not possible to transfer a shop owner from one name to another

You will have to open another account in your name and get verified

You can't transfer a shop from one person to another, so you can't change from your father to you 

The only exception, is if you were a minor when the shop was set up, and you have just turned 18

Can i use father paypal with my legal information

It's your fathers name , ID and fathers paypal,

or all  yours, you can't mix them

No the name on the account and payment system has to match exactly
