ik krijg kopers die vragen om email adres omdat etsy dat vraagt en dan kom ik op een site die om creditcard gegevens vraagt

is dat te vertrouwen of is dat een scam

That's a lie, they lure sellers into a trap and rip them off.

We read this scam nearly every day here.

Etsy already has your email !!!

This is a scam.  Etsy never needs your email to complete a sale.  They have it on file.  The forums are full of threads on this problem.  Don't click on any links, just send the message to spam.

the message from the fake Etsy support is step 2 of the scam.

Step 3 is how they take your money.

Tell them that you reported them to Etsy and mark them as spam.

Etsy does not need this information at all.

All information will appear in your dashboard whether it is a sale or verification of ID.

Etsy already has your information so there is no need to ask for it.

There are currently no sales showing in your shop, which means there are none in your dashboard, anyone telling you otherwise is trying to scam you.

They target new shops and Etsy seems to be a hotbed at the moment for scammers.

Absoluut geen informatie geven, dit zijn nep berichten @ricardohoshop Vooral nieuwe shops met geen of weinig verkopen zijn vaak slachtoffer van deze boeven. Je hoeft bij Etsy nooit je email te geven en zeker ook niet in aanleiding van zo een bericht je bankrekening te bevestigen. Een Etsy medewerker is duidelijk als Etsy employee te herkennen in je berichten, het staat bij de naam (op de computer, in de app zie ik het niet echt helaas). Markeer het bericht als SPAM. 

Verder, vergeet niet je shop volledig op te zetten want nu kloppen je policies niet en ben je ook hier wederom een makkelijke prooi van oplichters (want als ze een bestelling doen en klagen, dan is de kans groot dat Etsy ze het geld terug geeft en ze het artikel kunnen houden). Dus je hebt een return policy nodig van 30 dagen, cancellations accepted, je bent verplicht een privacy policy neer te zetten en je seller details (dus adres, email etc) openbaar te maken. Dat zijn EU verplichtingen... plus als je een banner en shop icon plaatst ziet je shop er ook professioneler uit. Success er mee, en vooral geen links clicken of informatie delen.
