ETSY put both of my shops on VACATION

We have two shops - never any issues, all shipped on time (99% shipped early) - all IRS, Credit card, banking, address, etc all ETSY verified and current.
Both shops were placed on Vacation and the message ETSY put in was the 'catching up on orders' - not the case.
No email from ETSY as to why, no reason provided anywhere under the shop manager.
I went through every setting - everything is ETSY verified, nothing is flagged.
We just launched a new product line (2nd store) - and made two sales and then ETSY locked. (spent $ thousands on the launch prep) and now after a special launch event - no one can find the store - as our shops are no longer visible in the ETSY search.
Contacted ETSY through the web form - there is no chat option for me anywhere (USA) - and the 'maybe in 48 hours we will respond?
No request for additional info (some have said ETSY wanted a copy of a drivers license etc - nothing for us).

Did you mention both shops in each of the shops you have? Have heard Etsy will shut down shops for that. It is in the rules you have to mention other shops in all your shops.

Both shops are cross referenced in my profile and the ETSY URL as well.

I don't know what you sell in your other shop, but this shop's banner shows a lot of trademarked names (Suzuki, Yamaha, etc.) as well as USMC is mentioned. They are trademark protected as well.

That could be catching up to you as etsy recently announced it is cracking down pre-emptively on TM infringement.

The japanese motorcycle names are not trademarked - they are actually common household family names throughout Japan.  I am Retired Army and USMC, US Army etc is an item description for a formal named camoflage pattern of fabric used by that service.  Additionally I am not selling anything with those 'names' on them either embroidered or otherwise as they are common item/fabric pattern descriptions.  Thank you!
I did have an outreach once for what was considered (separate name) infringement and I received an email from etsy as to why and what etc and everything was sorted out.  I have zero notifications in this case from Etsy, no emails no notifications ....zip.
