Language translation?

I just got an order for a ready-to-ship item. When I printed the packing slip the language was changed from English. I do not sell outside the US. The buyer is in Florida. How did my packing slip language get changed? My default language is set to English.

The language of your buyer can be set to another language even if they are in Florida.

@CharisGiftsofFaith: The address on the order may well be a freight forwarder or relative and the buyer's currency and language is probably different from yours.
