I'm having an issue trying to purchase a label for an item that needs to be posted tomorrow. I purchase the label, it tells me it's ready to print but then I get a message saying 'We were unable to process 1 of your labels. Please try re-purchasing' I have tried this twice with the same result. Not getting any response from customer support as it's late here in the UK. Not sure what the problem is, so if anyone else has resolved the same issue please let me know.
