Hello friends!!

I have a question. I person purchase a few items from me and end it up paying like it was for 1 item,when it was a few pieces. I end it up paying way more for shipping all, How i change that? I mean like if a person buy multiple items from me , how i make sure they pay each item t shipping price and i ed it up returning a % back? If that make sense

@Pamelavintageshop   If you are using your own shipping profiles, perhaps you didn't fill in the "with another item" box.  Usually that number will be a bit lower than the original price, since it's cheaper to ship things together with combined shipping.

You have 'free shipping' on several of your items.  Did the buyer purchase one item that had a shipping charge and the others had free shipping?

It looks like you do have amounts in the ''with another item'' box, but after putting 2 somewhat heavy things in my cart, the shipping total only increased by $2.  I doubt that final shipping amount would've been enough to cover your shipping label.  You might need to increase the amounts you charge for additional items.
