Star Seller incorrect calculations

I have been working hard to get my Star Seller status back.  Just yesterday I had a $15 sale. The only thing I was missing to make Star Seller is that I was $5.00 under the $300 sales threshold.  My sale yesterday put me above $300.  The sale was yesterday and I shipped the item out yesterday afternoon and put the tracking number into the shipping information.  But today I have "not quite there yet" in the "shipping on time" catagory!  I shipped it out on the same day.  How can I get this corrected before Aug. 1st?

It won't change until the beginning of the new month...you should have your status back on Monday.  Yea for you!!!

Be prepared that it might not update in time for the next badge. It seems to vary from shop to shop. Hopefully yours will update in time, but it's not a given, for sure.

It might update or it may not.  Around the end of the month it doesn't always count everything.

I should also add that one month when I was in a similar position, the first day of the new month was nearly over before they synced up my stats and gave me back my star seller badge. They got it right though.

Thank you very much Novapsis!  I appreciate your message.  I'm hoping mine will be corrected but I will keep trying!  As a photographer, I did seem to get more traffic and sales when I was a star seller.  Thanks again! Marilyn of PhotosbyMarilyn
