Kontoverifizierung mit Revolut

Hallo ich ärgere mich seit gestern Abend mit dem Verifizierungsprozess herum. Habe mir extra ein Konto bei Revolut eröffnet, wie der Support es mir mitgeteilt hatte. Nun musste ich 2x eine Zahlung von 691,88 Euro autorisieren, welche mir angeblich am Ende wieder freigegeben wird. Nun war ich am Ende des Prozesses und sollte mich mit sumsub identifizieren. Nun konnte ich den Link nicht öffnen. Der Support meinte ich solle es probieren, bis es geht. Dies versuchte ich und irgendwann wurde ich aus dem Prozess rausgeworfen und die Seite ist nicht mehr aufrufbar. 

Ich eröffnete bereits ein Ticket beim Etsy Support, aber bisher keine Antwort. Mir fehlen nun 1239,76 Euro und ich weiß nicht, wann ich wieder Zugriff auf dieses Geld haben werde. Mein Konto ist immer noch nicht verifiziert für die Zahlungen und ich habe bereits 3 Bestellungen, die ich nicht bestätigen kann. Meine Kunden warten und ich kann nichts tun. Was soll das? 

Ich verzweifle hier langsam ...

@SpiritualVisuals1 -mit aller Vorsicht: bist Du vielleicht auf einen Betrug reingefallen? Ich habe von "Revolut" noch nie was gehört. Diese Betrugsversuche werden gerne an ganz neuen Shops ausprobiert. Du hast ja garkeine Produkte eingestellt, was wollen Kunden denn kaufen? Bei Etsy gibt es nur Etsy payments mit den bekannten Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Schau mal schnell ob Du die Überweisungen sperren kannst -ich habe ein komisches Gerfühl...

Doch ich habe mein Produkt inaktiv gemacht. Es wurde 3x gekauft. Ich habe dann eine Mail erhalten wo ich die Bestellung bestätigen sollte und wurde dann aufgefordert mit einer Kreditkarte mich zu verifizieren. Da meine Karte nicht angenommen wurde bot mir Easy an mich mit Revolut zu verifizieren. War ja auch wie gesagt am Ende des Prozesses und wurde dann rausgeworfen.

-also ich denke Du bist gescamt worden, so läuft das nicht bei Etsy.

@SpiritualVisuals1 Du hast doch Etsy payments schon in Deinem Shop! Warum hast Du Dich "verführen" lassen zu diesen Zahlungen? Versuche Dein Geld zu finden und zurück zu bekommen. Es gibt Hunderte von Beiträgen hier zu diesen Betrugsversuchen.

I believe you have been scammed. This situation sounds exactly like a well known scam.

Etsy does not require you to make a deposit to receive funds, and you do not have to confirm sales.

You have been scammed.  Etsy does NOT require you to have a Revolut account, nor does it take money out of your account.  Contact Revolut immediately and report the fraud.  Never click on outside links - Etsy has plenty of warnings and information on avoiding being scammed and what to look out for.

They have had you set up a payoneer account, and transfer money to it, and then transfer to them, as they don't have such good security as banks

get in contact with your bank and report fraud

get in contact with payoneer and report fraud

....

Etsy doesn't validate card numbers on setup, they validate your bank account, by depositing money into it

not taking money out that you have to authorise

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
