not getting email sales notifications

Starting yesterday - I'm no longer getting an email when I make a sale.

Any one else having this issue?

I can't even find a place in settings to choose, or not choose it.

Please Etsy - stop messing things up

I use my emails to form my work board ( because Etsy orders list is useless in it current format and I have to click through too many things just to even see notes on a sale.

Not getting them has me doing a crazy work around - of emailing mysrlf 2 screen shots ( because the info I need isn't even available on one screen). Smh

Someone please tell me how to fix it

Those emails are automatically sent but sometimes get hung in servers. Log into your shop every day to be sure you haven’t missed anything

I've been checking daily in the app and the sale did not show there, either, until 6 days later!

I've logged in several things mes every day. This just started yesterday. I thought they were supposed to be automatic - but it's stopped sending them. Day 2. It's never happened before - and I can't find any settings we have access to.

I had the same problem, but it resolved today. Hopefully has for you. But I still don't get message notifications. Etsy seems to be making lots of "improvements" lately. Be nice if they could go by the old country adage, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

I'm having this exact issue, and can't find anything on the site as to how to correct it or how to contact Etsy about it! I have checked all my settings, also. I only discovered a sale bc I saw a deposit in my checking account! This is terrible for my customer service!
