And my titles do not contain those characters.
Anyone else having this issue? Solution??
That can mean that you have left a space before the first letter.

A space before the first letter is usually the problem.
Usually an initial space. I have also run into it with a decimal point in a number, or a hyphenated word, things we don't usually think of as a special character because they are necessary (but not allowed).
If you are using Excel, like I do for tags, titles and descriptions that is your problem.
When you copy/paste the title to the listing you will get that message. There are characters imbedded in the Excel paste that we can not see.
I have a blank word document each day. I copy the title from excel to the word doc and copy/paste that to the listing title.
You will see that message flash briefly in red then it goes away and you are good to continue.
This has worked for many years for me.

I got that when listing last week and it wasn't the first space missing, but I somehow had dropped down a whole line which I've never ever done. I copied the title and moved it up and it worked.
