I've been told to report my issue here by an etsy agent
My tracking for an order has not updated so im now below my standard for star seller, can anyone help please?
Are you saying it says you didn't mail yet?
They sent you to the forums because you mentioned Star Seller.
No one on the forums can help.
Etsy only told you to post in the forums because they can't and won't do anything about the star seller (this is noted on the help article).

Did you add tracking to the order?
Did you add it within your processing time?
Is the carrier's tracking # you used recognized by Etsy?
Yes i added tracking number to the order and dispatched on time, it looks like etsy doesn't recognise the courier company
@MandDWoodcraft: "... it looks like etsy doesn't recognise the courier company" If the courier company is not recognized by AfterShip (Etsy's third party vendor for this) then the tracking number cannot be validated and the order is considered as shipped without (verifiable) tracking.
@MandDWoodcraft: Are you saying that the order is showing "pre-transit" after it has been shipped on time and scanned? That usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED cannot be validated.
What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.
