I believe my rating is wrong
we have 53/55 5 star reviews.
and 2/55 1 star reviews. Both from problematic customers.
One was an international shipment where after sending customs was out of our hands and control.
the other we sent an extra bonus gift as a thank you (it was a valuable extra dinosaur bone) The buyer thought his one single bone was broken in pieces. The reality was he had 2 bones and double the value he paid. After this was explained and buyer apologized to for not telling him about his surprise. He has not removed the review. I had to respond to both reviews explaining to other buyers since the 3 star rating is hurting sales.
The Star Rating is calculated on the last 12 months of reviews (so since 29 June 2024)
During that time you have only received 2 reviews -- one 5-star and one 1-star.
So your 3star rating is correct
The good news is that the 1-star will drop out of calculation on 13th July at which time you will revert to a 5-star rating
However if you don't receive any new reviews before 12th August, that too will drop out of the calculation and you won't have a star rating at all
