Items not showing up on etsy

Hi Everyone

I am very upset and confused here. None of my items are coming up on etsy search. For instance my this item: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1304127912/

Its a diamond spacer beads and i am trying to search it on etsy with tags "Baguette Diamond Gold Beads" but its not on etsy searches on any pages. Infact i checked many of my items and nothing shows up on etsy. My sale has come to half of what it was because of this issue in a month. I contact etsy and they keep saying oh buyers are not searching for your items. 

My issue here is not that buyers are not searching, the issue is even if theyre searching for the keywords that are in my items they still dont show up anywhere on etsy.

Also look at this shady tactic of etsy. If i search on my own pc it looks like all my items come up on first page but if i see on others pc it comes up nowhere. Not on a single page.

Your items are indexed so they should be found in search. You might also want to check with Etsy about your payment methods. All that is showing is PayPal, there is no Etsy payment showing even though you live in the US.

Idk if indexed because theyre not in searches anywhere. Only shows up on my pc which is very shady. And its not like its on last page id understand if they were behind that i need to better seo. But theyre not anywhere not on a single page

I read your reply and I’m letting you know that I am seeing your items in search. 
I am seeing this listing on the first page, second row. Everyone doesn’t see the same thing on search.

@BeadSupplyUSA: Keep in mind that if everyone on this forum searched for the exact same phrase they would all get different results. Because of "personalized searches" you can NOT rely on anyone's search results to define how your listing is ranked. There are many many factors that affect listing placement and the relative weight of each factor probably changes constantly. Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear on page 1. Your listing may be appearing on page 251 and Etsy is only showing the first 250 pages to the world.

But ok check this. My aquamarine item is not showing here. It says etsy has only 1 item in this search and its not mine. Theres not 250 pages matching this. Only 1 page with 1 item.

When I search for Baguette Diamond Gold Beads, 14 of your listings are shown on the first page.

Your item https://www.etsy.com/listing/1304127912/ is on the 2nd row of the 1st page.

When I search for blue aquamarine bubble charms, 6 listings of yours are shown on the first page.

The listing https://www.etsy.com/listing/1534670549 is on the 2nd row of the 1st page, together with 3 of your other similar listings.

Maybe the AI of Etsy knows by now that you can't sell a solid 14Kt or 18Kt gold pendant with 3 genuine full cut diamonds for 23 USD.
Your listings are deceiving customers. Because you write: solid gold in your title and show the price for sterling silver.

This is a bait&switch tactic that customers hate because it is dishonest.

And I don't believe you that your pendant for 23 USD in sterling silver is actually with 3 genuine full cut diamonds (just from the looks of its size about 0.10ct each). They are cubic zirconia. But you say "diamonds" everywhere - and the drop down selection menu doesn't say anything about CZ when you select Sterling Silver either.

If customers visited your store and looked at your items with the bait&switch tactic and were disappointed, the search engine remembers that the customers looked but did not buy from you. This lowers your quality score in search.

Acxtually all my customers know its CZ and im getting 0 complaint about it. Maybe i should add that sterling silver will come in cz and make it more clear. thanks for suggestion.

When I search for Baguette Diamond Gold Beads, I see 10+ items from your shop on the first page.

How can you have ONLY Paypal as a payment method when your location states "United States" and you ship from Jamica, NY?

If you are really in the USA, then you should NOT be able to have just Paypal, you'd have to have Etsy payments.

Actually we use a warehouse to ship items from NY only. Thats why theres no etsy payments only paypal as we do not reside in usa but items ship through USA warehouse.

@BeadSupplyUSA  If you do not live in the US then why put that down? You should change it to where you actually live, not where you ship from.

So have you designed these yourself and having someone manufacture them exclusively for you (no production partner listed) or are you reselling ( https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/reselling/239324376512 )?
