When You See Something Badly Weird in the Forums How to Notify Etsy?

When you see a post, for example, from what appears to be a hijacked shop, likely one previously long dormant, how do you notify Etsy?

I know how to report a shop to Etsy using the form, even though the menu doesn't include that type of issue, but is there another way?

on the top right hand side of the post, is a  down arrow, click on it - report inappropriate content
