Items Show Pre Transit in Etsy but....

The 3 packages I mailed on March 1, 2023 are showing Pre Transit on Etsy, but on the USPS site one has been delivered, one is out for delivery and one is in transit. Please fix this glitch. Some customers don't click through to the USPS site and will think we didn't mail their packages. Also, does this glitch impact our shipping standing on the Star Seller program?

Saw one of the threads but it wasn't posted in technical issues. Thought maybe if it's in technical issues it may get Etsy's attention. One can dream.

Yes, the threads are scattered thru the forums.

Though I'm starting to wonder - a thread yesterday mentioned shop owners having to re-do their connection from their Etsy Shop to Pirate Ship for labels, etc. Pirate Ship advised one shop owner that Etsy had made some unexpected changes.

I believe in the snow-ball effect & wonder if somewhere, doing something, Etsy has changed the "communication path" between the site & USPS?

@JMOldeVintage  Very possible but Etsy has been alerted by numerous sellers here in the forums. It's about time they fixed it or at least post that they are working on it!

@NanaLetha  - They can run test after test and yet can't seem to get a grasp on the basics. At times I don't know what to think!

I just talked through chat and the gal told me that my package that is showing delivered on USPS is showing delivered on her end also so it sounds like it's keeping track but not displaying that to us through Etsy. And I checked my download for star seller and it has a yes for delivery and tracking so maybe we will be OK!

@McKeanCreations: "Also, does this glitch impact our shipping standing on the Star Seller program?" You should always check the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to double check order status, but Star Seller is based on shipped not delivered.
