Item not shown as sold

Hello Everyone!

i sold one of my items in person this past Saturday. It was my first time using square. However I made some minor mistakes but nothing  major. I got paid and all. My problem is the item does not show as sold in my shop. I am new to all this and it is frustrating. Does anyone know how to solve this problem. Thanks

Did the buyer actually go thru Etsy to make the purchase or was it just a straight out Square sale?

The buyer did directly buy it from Square. I also found out that Etsy does not sync anymore with Square. So I won’t see it as sold nor will I see my review. Thank you for your reply!

Hello, yes I did sink everything thank you. I found out that Etsy does not sync anymore after someone buys on Square. So I won’t see it as sold nor will I see a review. Thank you for your reply!

Go into the listing and deactivate it.

Your bags are cute and different, and I know you didn't ask this, but you have to put bag or purse or tote or whatever in the beginning of the title to be found.  No one will search for Blazin Texas or Desert Tan.

I agree with NoFrogsAllowed!  Gisela, your bags are Darling, yet won't get the recognition they deserve.
