All of My Shop Data Disappears in Safari

In the shop manager there are blank areas in place of orders, stats, shop notifications etc (basically all shop-specific info) and the sidebars aren't working properly (don't expand). The content flickers visible briefly when I refresh and then immediately disappears again.

I'm using Safari 15.0 and I've already restarted the browser and emptied the cache.

Did you try a different browser? Sounds like you may have a browser extension interfering with the data loading, especially since there are no other similar reports (which likely means it's not an Etsy issue, but an issue with your browser or device).

Try Chrome - never have an issue!

I am using Safari for years and I am doing it right now .

Empty cache and restart , it may work

I'd already done all of that, and can't use another browser on an ongoing basis due to workflow issues. It all started working again a few hours later without me fixing or changing anything, so it was definitely some kind of website or server issue. Whatever it was, it is resolved now.

I'm seeing others who have upgraded with the same issues as yours.  Hopefully it gets worked out soon.
