Item not show in mobile application for some country

Hi,

I try to search my store in Etsy Mobile, and there is no item show on my shop. In the mobile, it only show shop logo, policy, but no items. I also cannot see the other seller items in the same region. But, I can see the others seller items from another region.

is there anybody have the same issue?

Same thing here except both mobile and PC for me. This is the second day my listings  or storefront show up in searches.

I tried again today and it shows now in the mobile app. So I think the cause is from the backend systems.

@PlantAndPlant  - It may have something to do with Etsy new stance on plants, seeds & soil. Read this link:

@JMOldeVintage : I read that. However, my store not located in US and I also didn't open any shipment to USA. I already contacted with Sweden Agriculture, and all of my list is allow by them to ship inside of EU.

@PlantAndPlant - Yes, I see by adding up your sections you have 22 listings. I can't see any of them. All I see is the gray "blob" picture & the sentence that you have no items listed at this time.

As discussed in the thread I'd linked to, Etsy has for reason started limiting where listings can be seen. Even within a shop owner's own country, their listings may not be viewable. 

IMO it would really help if Etsy explained why they have done this & why they continue to deactivate certain listings, etc. Too many shop owners are frustrated since they have no idea how to comply with the new "regulations' Etsy has apparently instituted.

@JMOldeVintage : Well, that is not 100% correct. as shop owner, I can see my store items, but only from my PC. when I tried from mobile application, the issue is comes. as a guest, I cannot see the item under my shop.

Just thinking, does Etsy already apply region restriction? so, either you, mobile app, and maybe other buyer that outside of Europe not able to see my list? I just realize that it seems Etsy mobile app, is set up for US only?

@PlantAndPlant  - I don't use any of Etsy's apps so I can't answer that. 
Yes, Etsy is applying regional restrictions to horticultural shops. Many US shops reporting that their listings are not being shown to buyers in their own State, plus of course other States. 
Which only makes the situation more confusing.
