Item Listing Updates not Saved by Etsy

What's going on at Etsy? I had been updating some listings and after saving the changes, they still don't get updated in Etsy. Etsy sent me message that the updates were not taking in the last part of June and that it got fixed. Well, its not fixed because the updated items still show the old un-updated ones. I've been trying to update or renew some items and the changes still dont' show!  It is very frustrating that you can't talk to a live person or get the right help.

Same here.

I tried to go into an old Sold listing to update and renew it, spent time updating it all, only for it to refuse to renew.

So I tried the work around - Renew the listing first, then edit it.

But then NONE of the updates will stick, meaning it's at a old price I don't want to sell it at with old crappy photos.

I had to deactivate those listings and try again later - STILL NOT updating!

WASTED time, WASTED MONEY.

The new listing form has been a larger challenge for many of us due to glitches.  Thankfully Etsy is still working on it. Regardless, it's really disappointing this wasn't done before it became the only option.  I'd suggest checking the technical forum section to see if another seller has posted about this problem.  If so, add to that thread.  Etsy does monitor that section.  If not, it may help to post there.  It might help to open a ticket with the Etsy chat group too.

These glitches are still happening. I updated shipping on an active listing, because I had updated the wrong one, so I changed it back to the original shipping profile. What the customer sees is different, they got free shipping when on my end it shows regular shipping. No profit on that listing because of that. It's happened before on a larger ticket item, but unfortunately Etsy sent out their notice after two items were sold. It happened a second time, where the updated dollar amount was not saved and the customer got different information than what is on my listing dashboard. Will Etsy reimburse the loss?

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
