My account was recently put on suspensions for making a certain amount in sales but lacking some account info. I have since added the info and got an email saying that the info was good and it appeared that was all I needed. My account still shows it is under suspension. I have only been able to activate a listing that was inactive PRIOR to the suspension but I am unable to activate the listings that were active when I got suspended. I cannot seem to find any contact info for support and when I go through the help sections to contact support, the contact link just brings me back to the start page of the help section.
PLEASE help me I am trying to build a business and have started getting a few sales with the listings that are unable to be activated at this point and am getting frustrated not knowing what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do.
It is MUCH easier to get help if you pick something using "Buying on Etsy"

Something is not working because you have no payment methods in your shop.
I do have methods though I have been paying etsy adds for months and have been getting paid out from etsy for the last couple months as well? I have a card linked for paying etsy and checking for payouts.
I've been seeing this more and more lately. I do not recall anyone coming back and saying what they did to resolve it.
You definitely have no payment methods in your shop. None on your shop main page and when I added your item to my cart there was a statement that you have no payment methods available!
I understand what your seeing but I can assure you I do have payment methods attached to the account. I can go see the funds available and it states the account it would go to as well as the same for what I owe which is a $0 balance currently. My issue is that the account is still showing suspended and i need to contact etsy support in some way and cannot find any way to contact them.
Contact Etsy via your shop dashboard.
How?? that is what i mean i find things that say help, it takes me to the help pages. I search contact support but the link to "contact support" takes me back to the start page of the help pages. If you are able to email me or call me and assist me in this I would greatly appreciate it.
Maybe this helps for you to see what I am seeing. On this page : https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015672628?segment=selling the link at the bottom for contact support takes me back to the first help page again. So how can I contact support?
Shop manager > community/help > contact us.
On that page you should see buying or selling.
Select one of them and then you'll see more options.
I also don't see any payment methods and if I add an item to my cart, it comes up no payment methods available.
Payment methods are not showing because the account is temporarily suspended, this is why I am seeking support. I go through the route you say> selling> appeal suspended> temporary suspensions> at the bottom of the page i choose contact us but then it starts the cycle over taking me back to the page that the shop manager link leads to

Thank you for the help. It seems backwards to have to use links in irrelevant pages to get help but this did allow me to at least submit a ticket and get the process started.
Thank you! I went to the link you provided. Hoping I'd hear from them soon.
But Etsy is catching on to that trick. There are simply too many shops needing verification because of new rules in June.
Hi, I have the same issue now. I want to talk to somebody from Etsy to get the issue resolved fast too but I keep going back to the same conntact us page. I already added the info needed and they said they will get back to me in an hour but it's been 2 days now since I updated my info and my shop is still suspended.
@PoisedbyMalia If this is a tax or ID issue, it is better to use email. Etsy is swamped at the moment with thousands needing verification due to new laws coming into effect in June.
Chat or phone are outside people that do not have the ability to change or correct finacial or legal issues.
@DeltasPointEngraving , Respond to the email you were sent by clicking on the 'still need help' button towards the bottom of the page. Always reply to the email that was sent and keep replying to the same email til your problem is fixed. If you keep sending them new emails etsy thinks it is about a new problem and sends you to the back of the line.
Thank you @ArtDollsbyJD . I sent another follow up the other day but still no luck. Do you have any idea how it normally takes them to resolve issues like this?
