Issues with Search Terms missing

I am having issues with my Dashboard and Stats page. It is broken down to Esty App, Etsy Search, Etsy Marketing and such normally. But when I click onto them specifically and scroll down to "Search Terms" where it shows the term that the shopper used to find your item, it is blank. It has been blank for a long time now! I am trying to work on my shop and get better at SEO, but how can I do that if I don't even know what term the shopper used to find my product?   Any guidance on how to resolve this would be appreciated!

Extend the time period.

Re: Issues with Search Terms missing

So I extended the time period to 30 days and that is the only time I got search results. You mean I need to wait a month to see if I have my SEO right? That seems not very helpful and I'd think Etsy's program is better than that. Or at least shouldn't it be? Wow! Thanks for the help though, I still have stuff to learn, lol~!

Re: Issues with Search Terms missing

@SweetBeanProduction: If you mean keyword results, the accuracy of SEO results is very dependent on the volume of both searches and how many people looked at your listing from that search term. Unless thousands of people are finding your listings through search every day, short period results could be very misleading - in either direction. Websites often use a 4 - 6 month result period to make valid keyword decisions. And keep in mind that Etsy's ever changing "personalized" search algorithm throws an additional unknown into the mix when looking at the small universe of your own listings. One would need the overall site keyword results to really know what works and what does not.
