Hi everyone,
I wanted to bring up an issue I’ve been experiencing with the Etsy Support Chat. I haven't received any responses, and it seems there may be a problem with the chat tool itself. I’ve also read about similar experiences in previous discussions, and I think it’s important that Etsy becomes aware of this issue. Has anyone else encountered similar problems? If so, it would be helpful for us to share our experiences and ensure that this gets the attention it needs.

I have been having issues with chat and cannot reach an agent.
Also, support has sent emails and I answered their numerous questions and I have not received a response since 9-30-2024. This is not acceptable! I have contacted them 2-3 times trying to get the help I need.
I don’t understand how a company, as large as Etsy, has a support team that does not respond in a timely manner for their sellers and buyers (I am both). I am beyond frustrated!

I find it is very difficult to actually find support on ETSY let alone chat!

I try to verify mu business for 8 days now nobody is responding only automated messages

Hi your shop seems active - could you please share how you got it to be unpaused? Any info will help - I am beyond desperate here as investment in holiday season stands by with diminishing hope. Thank you for any insights, so so much.

I have had the same problem for days now (chat) because I want to know about a technical problem that has arisen (I was holding the money 20 days after a sale, and 90 days have passed and the issue has not been fixed).
I sent an email explaining the problem and in relation to the problem of the chat and by extension for my ....So....if I show you what they replied you will freak out !!!
Absolutely nothing to do with what I wrote to them.
I am disappointed in the support service of the ETSY.
I don't know what else to do and they have my money.
