Hello! I received this message today:
violating our Terms of Use based on potentially fraudulent activity in your seller account.
I have two accounts:
1. First one with personalized customs cases, registered by me
2. Second one with different designer cases registered by my wife
we provided the same address
I asked Etsy Support and they said I can do it without any problems.
Yesterday my sister used my WiFi. She has Etsy shop Also but with different items, she want to sell Leotards.
It is not a scam of something like that. I made all orders I can provide photos, videos, documents
We are not scammers or resellers. All cases we make at our home office. All cases handmade.
If I can't use 2 shops for my business let me know please. I asked Etsy support they said I can open 2 shop and I did it after
if they had told me right away I wouldn’t have opened it
Thank you! I hope you take a second look at my shop

You can have two shops but most shops must be listed correctly.

If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy.
Yes. I added links and info to both shops. Everything was ok. I made 10 orders and after my sister visited me second shop was suspended....
I asked Etsy support about my second shop about violating Etsy policies. They approved it
Please help reach the Etsy Trust and Safety team. I want to provide them more information about me and my 2 shops. They don't answer to my appeal
Even though you and your wife each had their own shop, you cannot sell the same type of items in both shops. You're both sharing the same IP address so the two accounts are connected and the system caught on.
How to Open a Second Shop on Etsy – Etsy Help
''If you want to introduce a new line of products that is very different from your existing brand, a second shop may be useful.''
Seller Policy - Our House Rules | Etsy
''By selling on Etsy, you agree that you will: Not create duplicate shops''
If one of the shops is yours and the other is your wife's, why is the sellers name, Alisson, the same on both shops?
Yes I know that. I asked Etsy Support about my second shop. They said I can run it with different designs.
First shop: only personalized cases with names or writings
Second shop: patterns, drawing, portraits
They said Yes you can open it. I did it. I passed all verifications, made 10 sales and everything was ok.
I think when my sister used my WiFi for you own shop with Leotards Etsy flagged this as potentially fraudulent activity.
But ok. I need an answer. If Etsy think I can't sell cases with 2 shops I understand. Just let me know please because now I think it was a mistake
A cached version of UniQustomCo shows iphone cases being sold. It doesn't matter that they were different designs, they were still the same kind of product as UniQustomStudio's.
''If you want to introduce a new line of products that is very different from your existing brand...''
Support doesn't always give accurate information.
I think it is not a problem to answer me: "Sorry but you can't open 2 shops with one kind of items"
"potentially fraudulent activity in your seller account." means something different like scam
TheVintagePineapple
I understand. If that is the only reason I understand. If not I want to doublecheck with Etsy team
Can anybody help me to contact Etsy Team?
you are a star seller, go to your shop dashboard,
bottom right is a blue speech sign, it's etsy chat
