I have resisted downloading the new Etsy app until the bugs are fixed , but for the past week I am not getting notifications on my phone at all (I still have the old app). Has anyone had this happen on the old app?
@SheWhoPlaysWithGlass Sometimes phone updates change the notifications. Check in your settings - apps - Sell on Etsy - notifications. Also, once I had the sound off on my notifications on my phone - check that too - it's not just for your ring tone.
Yes, I have both apps - trying to get used to the new one, but glad I still have the old one, for now! The new app seemed to default to all the notification sounds, so I had to turn them off, because I was getting doubles!
