I can find you by searching for your store name, so you are listed. But your SEO is poor, making it hard to be found in search by your keywords.
Plus everyone sees something different when they search, based on their past searches. So if you search a bunch for feather wreaths but never buy one, the search engine decides what it has been showing you isn't relevant, so it starts showing you something different. If you are constantly searching for your own listings without using an incognito browser, you are less likely to see them.
First, your price is extremely low. Most wreaths like yours sell for between $125.00 to $150.00 for that size. I have made wreaths similar to yours and they consistently sold at those higher prices, and fairly fast.

Search engines will combine any word in your title with any other word in your title, even if they aren't next to each other, if someone searches that way.
I don't see this wreath as being particularly Christmas themed, so I wouldn't even use Christmas in your title. Separating phrases with | instead of a comma followed by a space makes your titles harder to read, so fewer shoppers will bother to read it.
Your description is all run together, so it is hard to read. Double space between paragraphs. Get the keywords in your title in the first few sentences of your description.
Many of your tags are single words. All tags should be 2 or 3 words long, and use all 13 you are allowed. Try not to repeat words in your tags, too. There is no penalty for repeating here, but if you don't do it, you can get in more keywords you might be found for. Exact matches aren't so important here, either. The Etsy search will pull words from 2 or more tags if someone searches that way.
