Issues purchasing labels?

Seems like the issue is fixed. I just printed the labels I was unable to print earlier.

Mine said failed to purchase.  I guess I will have to use pirate ship.  If you do don’t forget to input the tracking number.

I suggest everyone check their Payment Accounts before re-purchasing.  There have been times in the past where this error message showed, and people were already charged for the first label.

But yes - always good to have a Plan B for when this happens - easy and fast to set up a PirateShip account, and the discounts are the same/better than what we get on Etsy.  You don't have to integrate if you don't want to. I just mark the order as Completed on Etsy and copy/paste the tracking, because I don't need it that often.

Also having the same issue. I checked my payment account and the shipping label does not show as a charge. So there has to be a glitch in the purchase. Ok, Etsy Support….help us out!

If need be it is easy to set up an account on Pirateship (and free) and get cmmercial priced labels or as a last-ditch effort buy at the PO but YES the Etsy label feature should work. The glitches are why I buy on PS.
