Issue with dispatch date, system also reporting the wrong purchase date.

The customer bought the item around 1 am on the 30th, which is the date on the right below where it should say Dispatch by tomorrow.  But the dashboard is showing a date of 29th Sep and reporting I should have dispatched '1 days ago'??  That date is wrong, but even if the 29th was correct it should say Dispatch today.

Worried about how this will affect my stats for the star rating program, is there a way I can report this to Etsy for it to be investigated?

Time zones.

As in the UK we're still on BST, we're 1 hour ahead of UTC, which is what etsy uses.

So it was ordered 29th Sept UTC, but you were already on 30th Sept BST.

Oh ok, I guess that explains the dates, although it still seems wrong to me.  Either way, the processing time is still wrong, I have a 3-day turnaround so I think it should have said dispatch Today or Wednesday, not 1 day ago.

Have you checked that you aren't set up with a 7-day week? Go to settings > delivery settings and check your processing schedule.  Etsy recently introduced the option of 7-day processing and you may be signed up to 'work' Saturdays and  Sundays.

Double check on the shipping profile page, etsy hasn't automatically clicked to include Sat and Sun in your processing times.

If it is clicked, it would mean 1-3 would have been Oct 2nd and would show today, dispatch yesterday.
