Issue with Opening Listing Page

Having Issue on Opening Page of Add A Listing, about.  After completing who made new listing, the page will not swipe up to complete and continue to second page.  Anyone else having this issue?  Any info is appreciated, thank you.

Yes I can’t apply the information requested on opening page. It just comes up with change at bottom of page after putting in info about production partner. Can’t list my items.

I had a listing all ready to go, and title was in pink saying cant add $ etc.  which i didnt.  It froze and i lost whole listing.  This takes time and having to do all over again is a pain.   ETSY should take off some of what they take off for fees when this happens

same here BUT I found if you click the scroll bar on right hand side, it will show all required fields that need to be filled in.

There is no scroll bar to click?!?  Everything is frozen.

I'm having to list items by copying from existing ones. The core details form is frozen, I've tried everything. Second time this has happened in 6 months, lol.

Same here 1st page froze so you cannot add core details. Will not move atall. Did skip around it but at end drops everything as core details cannot be added. Went desk top managed to get one listing up but too jumpy all over the place too keeps dropping listings photos . So never used app for listing as very problematic so just spoke with Etsy chat and their teams are currently trying to fix it. So not much listing tonight folks.

Agree, I am hoping the problem gets fixed today.  I have items to list and cannot do so.  Day 3 now with this glitch.

Are you using a PC or the app to list your item? 

Use a PC to list an item on ... not the phone app or the phone browser ... then click "+ add a listing" which then opens a box that has a vertical scroll bar on the right ... clicking on that scroll bar with your mouse will move it up & down and will allow you to fill in all the core details.

Yes day 3 here and still not working. App keeps going down too. I'm wondering if it's anything to do with the massive pop up you get when you 1st go into your Etsy . It's so in the way. But notifications not working either. No sales 5 days either very unusual. Need to list and can't. Desk top too very problematic. Very jumpy glitch. I'm listing else where not a problem but l like to list here 1st . Noticed l got a massive bundle of expired listings all in one go too which very unusual too. Nothing seems to be working right here ..

This has been hitting sellers for the last few weeks.  There are other posts about the Core Details page and the inability to list.  You can still copy an existing listing to list a new item, not ideal, but works for the time being.

I can't open the listing page. I get A message saying it can't find the page.  Annoying!!!!

I just can't believe how long it's taking to fix it...I mean, it's an integral part of online sales?? First you have to list the item??(Which they charge us for!! Unlike other platforms like eBay)
