new listing problem

Having trouble setting up Core Details. My new listing is all set to go, it tells me to correct the care details. I click on the add Core Details, it takes me to two boxes, a physical item or a digital item box. Click on the physical item, nothing happens, only way out is to click the X, puts me back where I started.

Use the duplicate feature and edit the new one

This is a known problem, many many people have the same thing happening to them. Do as NanaLetha says, go to the listing you all ready have, click on edit and use the duplicate feature. Then get rid of anything you want to change and put in your new details.

Please, I know you are not asking for a critique, BUT, finish setting up your shop.  Your listings won't mean a thing in search until you do.  See Seller Handbook link at top of page.
