My issue is unfortunately STILL not resolved!!
As mentioned in my previous post, my shop was forced into vacation mode due to taxpayer ID information.
As a new business to Etsy this is extremely frustrating as we are still awaiting payment from our first sale in mid November!!
I posted last week and received an email from Etsy support team stating the documents that need to be uploaded, I have completed this task with the updated documentation on Monday 13-01-2025.
I still have not heard any response and it states pending verification.
I am urgently looking for a response to this documentation, as this issue is ongoing for over 2 months.
