I have several requests this month (for the different problems), and it seems etsy mark me as a spam. Now all requests except one were closed. And Etsy support dont replies me for more then 5 days. The same situation is in chat, email or phone.
Is there any way to contact Etsy's support now?
If you open a support request, etsy will close the previous ones, and the new one goes to the bottom of the queue.
Just keep the one open, each day go to the support request, and reply to it saying it is not fixed and you still need help
You should keep to 1 request, they will close all the others and you will be pushed to the back. Keep replying to the one request with " I still need help "
