is someone has the same experience with me?

There is an unsual issue with shop. My shop income is not automatically move to "available to deposit" section.

So I can't withdraw my shop income. This has happened since I opened my shop. My shop has been selling for 10 months already.

There was once I can withdraw my income because I contacted Etsy support but the main issue is still there.

I contacted Etsy support so many times about this problem.

Some just replied with auto text (and not read my concern at all). And there was a staff said that he will send this issue to the concerned department and will notify me soon, but 3 months already and there is no update.

20 days ago I tried again to message Etsy support and there is no replied until now.

7 days ago I tried again to message Etsy support and again there is no replied.

I very desperate now.

My shop now got a payment reserve for 90 days already. But 3 months before my shop got payment reserve, my shop income is not move to "available to deposit" section. So I can't withdraw my shop income for 6 months already.

The main problem in my shop account is my shop income is not automatically move to "available to deposit" section.

And I believe there is something error.

But I have tried so many times contacted Etsy support and not helped until now.

I don't know what to do now.

Perhaps you are on reserve? Perhaps Etsy is checking your licensing on those TM products?

I am just curious here, no critiscism intended, but is it legal to sell those prescription tablet templates? I know when the notepads  were in use doctors guarded them with their life. They were never left alone in a room with a patient, etc.  I mean what legal use would a lay person have for them? Besides the fact  there is no doctor in my  neck of the woods who even use them anymore. Everything is done on the computer.

@ThePurplePuppy According to Etsy's legal information, things that can be used to impersonate people in different professions, such as the ID tags in this shop, are prohibited.

If Etsy is allowing the sale of prohibited items but not paying the seller, isn’t Etsy effectively the seller of the “illegal” product?

Check your payment card has not expired. I believe I've read here that if your payment card has expired then they won't pay out the deposits.

Finances > Payment settings > Billing

Otherwise you will need to go back to Etsy support - don't open a new support request but respond to the last email you received from them and say 'I still need help'.

@TemplateOn If you are helping people to impersonate a doctor etc. you will have more serious problems coming up than just Etsy holding your money.

My item is for clinic and doctor customer purpose.
