Since yesterday I couldn’t reply to a new message, the error pop-up keeps jumping out saying ‚couldn‘t send messages‘, and I should contact Etsy Support. I tried both website and app, both having the same issue.
I see someone also had the same issue last month, it said in the discussion the it‘s a technical issue and already got solved. But now it appears again.
I‘m wondering if due to this technical issue that I missed 24hour reply to a first approaching message, would it affect the scour of Star Seller? Etsy need to check on it.
