Can‘t reply to a new message

Since yesterday I couldn’t reply to a new message, the error pop-up keeps jumping out saying ‚couldn‘t send messages‘, and I should contact Etsy Support. I tried both website and app, both having the same issue.

I see someone also had the same issue last month, it said in the discussion the it‘s a technical issue and already got solved. But now it appears again.

I‘m wondering if due to this technical issue that I missed 24hour reply to a first approaching message, would it affect the scour of Star Seller? Etsy need to check on it.

Best to contact Etsy support to complain and hopefully fix, also mention you want them to  ensure this error if affecting your reply to messages for the 5 star is corrected

That's correct you will need to contact them. You should be able to use the "Help" option your account:
