Is ETSY not allowing you to edit your shop from your phone?

I'm trying to update my banner from my phone and when I click on "Edit Shop" I get this notice that says "To edit your new shop, use your computer." This doesn't make any sense. Why do I have to use my computer? Also, this isn't a new shop.
I would use my computer but Etsy's antiquated software doesn't allow me to upload photos from Windows 7. The circular upload symbol just spins and spins forever. There are plenty of other websites that will allow me to upload photos and fast.

Use a browser with you phone.

If using app try the browser, but sounds like browser may be too old, if 7, a lot of things don’t work with it any more, not just Etsy.

I’m having same issue.  Trying to change my shop primary picture.  Orange Etsy screen coming up says to use a computer?

What do you mean by primary photo?  Banner?  Icon?  Use a browser for that.

App can be touchy.

I don't use the app so doing this from memory of the rare time I did.  On the app, the banner is not used.  I think you have to use the browser on your phone to change the banner.
