Please ignore this issue. I figured out the problem.
I have an order where the number of items the customer ordered says 2 but only one was calculated into the invoice.
For example
Cut glass goldfish 3pk (each 3pk is $9.75)
Number of 3pks: 2
Calculated price $9.75
Has anyone seen this happen and how did you resolve it? I think that it is something other than the responsibility of the customer because this is supposed to be calculated by Etsy at the time of purchase.
