Invisible sale

A couple of hours ago, it showed on my dashboard that I had made a sale, so I went into the Orders and Shipping section, and it wasn't there.  I haven't received an email about a sale either so cannot access it that way.  Is there another way that I can access it?  It took me seven attempts to log in yesterday due to sign-in issues that so many of us experienced, and one seller said it took them 20, so I am worried that if I delete my cache to try and resolve it that way, I will have trouble signing in again.

If you go to your dashboard and then Listings, click on Sold - does it show there? Has your number of sales gone up? I can see that the last item you sold was a pattern for a heart poncho…

Fingers crossed it wasn’t another Etsy dashboard glitch.

There are three rows under Listings on my dashboard.  From top to bottom, they are Active Listings, Expired, and Sold Out.  There isn't one for Sold.  Below that, it shows that the last activity was a favorite for the Lykke Cypras two days ago.  There's nothing on my dashboard (or in the Orders and Shipping section) that mentions a sale of the heart poncho pattern, but there is a clue on my dashboard that one sold in that it says "1" order at a cost of $5.50 which is the cost of the heart poncho pattern.

It's still not showing in the Completed section in Orders and Shipping or in an email either.

How were you able to see that the item I sold was a heart poncho pattern?  Is it because customers can see that on the bottom of a main page but not the seller?

This order still hasn't appeared in my orders section or via an email.  Anyone else have this problem?

It was probably cancelled by Etsy before you saw it.

When this happens, it's usually due to a payment issue with the buyer ... CC fraud, not enough funds, or other.  I got a new order message yesterday morning, but the order did not actually show up until late afternoon ... buyer had a payment issue, and when that was all cleared up, Etsy notified me of the sale.

@StitchRoundabout   Sorry, no dates on the sold items so I’m no help.  Maybe try a different browser without signing in?
