Every Order gets tracking info

Hi! I put tracking info on EVERY order when I mark it as shipped through the app. My star seller badge for June didn't happen because it said I was at 93% for tracking info. IT said one order was misisng tracking info, but none of them were I can see every one. How do I get help on this?

if you download the report it will show which message is the problem child
