International Shipping showing as FREE

Hello - can someone please help me...I am a US based seller that offers the FREE shipping guarantee to US customers and I have a Canadian customer trying to make a purchase and the shipping is showing as FREE...my settings are all correct - I do not offer FREE shipping to Canada...not sure if I'm overlooking something or not so any suggestions would be appreciated!

It's not showing free, it's showing as not being able to calculate. i.e. I put ship to: canada, and a post code, and it just comes up with "get postage cost".

I believe their may be a calculated shipping to canada glitch going on. a few other threads lately on the same issue.

I want to stop selling internationally all together, where do I set my shop to sell within US only? Thanks in advance.

It's under your shipping profiles...hit edit and then you can choose to only ship to the US

Here's a good one - I'm trying to enter the shipping cost instead of using calculated shipping and Etsy is telling me that Priority Mail Intl is NOT AVAILABLE for this item only Priority Mail Express Intl...what the hell is going on???
