Incorrect calc on messages

I purchased an item from another seller, and I received several messages to my Etsy inbox (one right after another). None of them needed to be acknowledged as it was not a customer. One of the several messages went unread and dropped my percentage down to 83%

You need to answer all messages or mark them as spam if you want the star.

All initial messages need a reply or be marked as spam. It does not matter who sent it or why. It has always been this way.
