I just opened up my store... And I added a digital item... I had 12 views, and I had one order. I refreshed the page and now I have 0 orders and no views on the listing... within 5-10 mins. What's happening?
You have no listings in your shop at the moment. It looks rather unfinished as well. You need to finish setting up and then add your listings. Nana's correct in that the order may not have cleared payment and Etsy removed it.
