Incorrect Stars given on review

I have a customer that in her review said "I did a great job" on her order, but I think she accidentally gave me one star and it is affecting my star seller badge.  I reached out to the customer, but they did not respond. Can something be done about this? It definitely seems like she made a mistake. She even posted a picture of the final product because she was very happy with it

Send her an email. Only the buyer can edit the review

You could try to report it to Etsy to see if they'll remove it. It definitely was an error contrary to what they said.

This happened to me. Glowing words with one star. I reached out to her and she acknowledged it was a mistake and she would try to fix it. She was unable and I suggested she try a computer versus the app but nothing changed. Did not want to bother her further so I asked Etsy to look at messages and fix? They said she needed to contact them. I felt that was asking too much of her for my benefit so didn’t ask. I lost Star Seller for 3 months.
