Hi, based on my orders and star seller criteria, i should have been a Star Seller this December. Currently it says I didn’t qualify because “—% of 0 eligible orders shipped on time with tracking”. This is incorrect because during the review period (Sep-Nov) I had 12 orders, more than $300 revenue, 100% message response rate, and a 5 star average. 10 of the 12 orders were digital items (items are correctly listed as made-to-order digital, not physical), and the 2 remaining physical items were shipped on time with tracking and Etsy shipping labels. So I do not understand why it says “—% of 0 eligible orders shipped on time”, and why I am not a Star Seller this month. It looks to be a bug - can this be fixed ASAP? Thank you!
@ReadByMoni: "can this be fixed ASAP?" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Does it say “—% of 0 eligible orders shipped on time with tracking” currently on your Star Seller page (for January Star) or does it say it on the previous period (December Star) tab? This should not be held against you for the applicable Star because this is saying there was nothing to calculate for shipping.

Thanks - do you know how I can contact Etsy? I came here because when I tried to look for a solution, I just read from the Help Center “Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum.”
And yes I am seeing “—% of 0 eligible orders shipped on time with tracking” on both December (last review period) and January (current review period), unfortunately.
