Impossible to modify any product

Hello, I've been unable to modify anything in any of my product description (photos, texts, prices, any modification is impossible) for more than 2 months, and Etsy refuses to help me. I contacted them 2-3 times and sent them the error code I got, and they mailed to me  that "they were going to see what is wrong" but in reality they do nothing, and I'm now totally deprived from any possibility to do anything.

I tried on Chrome, Opera, Edge, etc. the issue remains the same.

I'm considering to leave Etsy for another platform because of this bug, but perhaps before I'm forced to leave someone would have an idea how to solve this huge problem ? All my customers are here, and if the problem persists I'll have to tell them I'm going to move to another place, and it's really really annoying, to say the least.

What is your operating system?  If it is anything less than the most current version or if you don't have a graphics card that can handle more graphics, that may be why you are having issues.

Try cleaning out cache and cookies.  Look to see if you need to update.  If using Windows, it should at least be 10 with an upgrade to 11.  Any otehr system should be updated to the latest.

Check to make sure you are not using extensions that block.

If using a VPN, that is difficult on Etsy. Turn off the VPN.  I tried using a VPN and I could do nothing on Etsy in regards to listings.

j'ai eu un code d'erreur en voulant  modifier et renouveler une annonce. Pour moi c'était le changement de catégorie qui occasionnait le code d'erreur. Mais on dirait que c'est différent pour vous, vous ne pouvez même pas modifier une annonce qui est déjà dans la boutique?
