I'm trying to see my order, and no I don't want to use the app or download another. I just want to see my tracking history on things I ordered, but having half the screen covered up is annoying.
which are you using? Laptop or phone, - and which browser?
I'm on a laptop and everything seems ok.
Sometimes restarting or deleting cache and cookies resolves weird issues.
phone. On the desktop it works okay.
using my PC I noticed glitches with the dashboard for the past 2 days. Exact same thing, the page was overlapping, especially when adding images, but seemed to stop acting up once you have waited 20 seconds or so without pressing refresh.
There is another Thread, but it may not be the same issue? Both seem to report issues with the Tracking page
I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same issue. I was just trying to check my order for flower stamens to use in some clay flowers I plan to sell at an art show.
The order is coming from China, so a time delay is expected between ordering and receiving my item. I was just checking to see how far along it is and if it made its way to the US yet. But it was very tricky to get to the page. I had to click the item to get the tracking, but if I wanted details, then the dashboard filled the page and left it unreadable.
