Im having issues with Listing Price

I adjusted the price on one of my Listings but when I go to view on Etsy it still has old unadjusted price. What do I do to correct this? Need help please

Hi, I've been searching past Threads for you. Here is one from 2 wks. ago, others having the same problem. One solution was to use the Old Listing Form (which obviously we can no longer do). But see the post by Seller CarpetCollectionAU. I really hope this helps you.

I had the same issue and had to deactivate the original listing, copy it and list as a new draft. 

Of course, it cost me an extra 20 cents because the old draft with the wrong price is useless, and chat won't respond to my emails from weeks ago asking for a refund.

I know it's just 20 cents, but it was THEIR error.

Thank you for responding i appreciate it very much and I agree with you it’s their error we shouldn’t have to be forced to pay for an error we did not create.

I am having pricing issues on my listings and now I am getting angry customer messages asking me why my price is so high. Example: My listing that I can see in my shop says 25.00 but in the Etsy search it shows 32.00. Another listing the real price and that shows in my shop is $22.00 but in the etsy search it shows $17.00. I have no idea how many listings are wrong or how to check them as in my shop, they look fine. Help!

I tried quick edit and it changed nothing. I am not understanding where the wrong prices are coming from when in my shop, I see the listings are correct with correct pricing (for the few that customers reached out to tell me there was an issue).

Yeah, I don’t know but it’s very frustrating and now I had Listing that was removed stating it violates their creativity standards yet I created it and made it myself. It’s a solid container hair bar entirely handcrafted and formulated. I dunno 🤷🏻‍
