Hi Everyone!

Just  posting this here in case you haven't read the my items are not showing up for customers in my store on the app posts.

There is a glitch on the app that from reading posts has been going on for around 2 weeks or so where people are unable to see your listings in the app when they visit your shop. It is worth checking out and then letting Etsy know if it is happening with your shop.

My huge downturn started a few weeks ago when Etsy prompted me to update my app. I mentioned it in the forums but no one else noticed it. How did you resolve it?

I am having a similar slowdown like everyone is mentioning and it didn't occur to me it could be Etsy throttling things.  I had thought it was as someone mentioned, just so many things going one with economy, hurricanes, election etc.  But in the last 2 weeks my sales have fallen right off. I have been steady with sales all year and just in the last two weeks when thing usually start to get busy it has fallen right off.  So disappointing.

Looking at my Stats … ALL Etsy stats are in the red (deepening daily) while Social Media is in the green (deepening daily)!  Something definitely seems awry!  I would caution everyone to download all their listings frequently (daily) just in case one day we wake up and Etsy is no longer there!  Actually this happened yesterday … scared the bejesus out of me!!!

I have two shops and it'll show my items on the categories but when you click on an individual category that has say 50 items in it- you may so 5 or none! I am soo pissed!

Is anyone able to checkout from Etsy website or desktop? I have so much things in my cart I want to checkout but unable to do so the past few days.

Checking out with multiple items in cart sometimes causes issues ... try checking out with only 1 seller first and see if that helps.

I'm unable to get to my cart. Whenever I clicked on the cart it showed error message. I noticed Etsy added a visible cart items on the right side of searching pages but it's not clickable or does anything.

I have not had any issues, but it might be your app or browser needs refreshing ... try clearing cache & deleting all cookies first and ensure everything is up to date (there may be updates needing to be installed first).  I can click on the cart and it opens up for me saying my cart is empty.

It’s totally not a care thing. I believe it’s an indexing thing.

I am guessing it might be an Etsy Ap thing.  All of my listings are back up on my IPAD.  I was down to 2 listings for several days, all 59 are now up.

@MedicineBluffStudio  really?! Dang, when I check this morning, everything was finally showing! This is ridiculous! There IS a way to see them, but I seriously doubt your average shopper would know it!

I think my shop is ok and showing up, but haven’t had any sales so far this month. Last month I was happy with a couple of sales a week. I have the bundle sale set up, but so far….not much activity. 
Is my shop & listings showing up when you search it?!

@Vintagecountdown  I searched in a private browser for 'vintage honeycomb bells' and you were in the top of the results, however I'd set my location to Canada. Etsy will prioritise  Canadian shops in search results of Canadian buyers, but where you sit in a US buyer's search is anyone's guess. There's a lot of competition for vintage Christmas which is the majority of your shop right now. Vintage is getting tricky here, it really needs to be about presentation and focusing on one customer if you want all your traffic to come from Etsy's efforts.

@BriarMoonBeads @Thanks for checking and replying! I have my location set to Toronto, ON Canada, but majority of my sales are to the U.S. I love vintage Christmas especially and toys. I finally got a sale today for an ornament, yay! I will just keep listing to build up inventory and hopefully things will get busier for the holiday!
