A few days ago, I submitted my identity documents for the third time, as requested. On the same day, Etsy's Trust-and-Safety team contacted me and asked for additional documentation, specifically a utility bill, which I promptly provided. However, several days have passed since then, and I have not received any further updates or communication from etsy's team.
The status in my account still shows as "pending" and still in vacation mode. Who can help me?

very similar situation for me. two people from trust and safety have contacted me and then ghosted me. I have been on vaction for almost w eeks now.
