I have 100 % response rate for the previous period and the current period but I don't have the Speedy Response badge. Does anyone else have the same problem?
I see no badges at all.
I see the smooth shipping badge.
I see the smooth delivery badge.
You are missing both the messaging badge and the reviews badge. I suggest you download the CSV files to see where Etsy believes your were short of the the targets. If you find an error, and bring it to Etsy's attention, Etsy may correct it before the end of the month so that next month's badges are more accurate, but they will not go back and change the current badges.

@JoanLaBue The criteria for a Star Seller badge is > Smooth Shipping, Speedy Replies and Rave Reviews. The only badge I see is Smooth Shipping.
Thank you for your reply. I was only talking about the speedy message reply. I don't have star seller because of 1 bad review out of may 5 star.

OP is talking about the Speedy Replies badge, not the Star Seller badge.

I have downloaded the CSV file and everything shows that I have replied within the 24 hours. The percentage for message response rate shows 100% too. But the badge was not issued.
I don't have star seller this month because 1 person gave me 2 stars as they didn't read the description correctly. All my other reviews are 5 star. I had enough sales, etc. It seems like a technical glitch to me. I have been on Etsy for years and I'm aware of all that goes into the customer service stats.
I have gotten to the point where I have to quit worrying about the badges as I know I am doing everything to standards. Etsy has issues in the system and they never seem to respond to anyone.
